About Us

Green Leaves Early Learning is a dynamic and progressive childcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care services.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at one of our Mawson Lakes centres.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children, while working collaboratively with a talented and experienced team of educators and support staff.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality educational programs that meet the unique needs and interests of each child, as well as ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

  • To plan, implement and evaluate educational programs that align with the National Quality Standard and Green Leaves' philosophy;
  • To establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues;
  • To work collaboratively with other educators and support staff to ensure seamless transitions and smooth running of daily programs;
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and participate in regular team meetings to discuss program implementation and evaluation;
  • To take on additional responsibilities as required, such as supporting the leadership team with center operations and participating in professional development activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification);
  • A current Working with Children's Check;
  • A current Child Protection Training;
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
