Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$95,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As an Early Childhood Education Director at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a critical role in shaping our educational programs and ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence are met. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0-8 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
  • Analyse practice data and present recommendations to state managers on quality improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with state and national leadership teams to drive excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including child protection, national regulations, and workplace health and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum 4-year Early Childhood qualification from a recognised university.
  • Proven track record of teaching and learning practice uplift delivery.
  • Experience working at a state or national level in practice uplift.
  • Extensive practice-based early childhood education experience (aged birth to 8 years).
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and other state-based approved/recognised learning guidelines.
