Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Green Leaves Mawson Cascades. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and contributing to the development of our centre's programs and initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged six weeks to six years
  • Developing and implementing centre-wide programs and initiatives that support the educational and developmental needs of our children
  • Collaborating with other members of the leadership team to drive centre growth and excellence
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to educators to support their professional development
  • Contributing to the development of centre policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Current Child Protection Training
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
  • Leadership experience in an early childhood education setting
