Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive above-award wage of $80,000 per annum, plus generous benefits including six weeks of paid annual leave, staff discount of 75% off the gap fee, and comprehensive health and wellbeing program.

Job Description

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. You will work collaboratively with our experienced leadership team to develop innovative teaching practices and contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement comprehensive transition to school/school-readiness programs for Kindergarten children
  • Manage your classroom and mentor educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver high-quality educational programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard/Framework (NQS/NQF)
  • An ACECQA-approved teaching qualification
  • SA Teacher's Registration
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Current Child Protection Training
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
