Manufacturing Engineer for Composite Materials

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Burnley, England. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in composite materials and manufacturing processes.
About the RoleThe successful applicant will be responsible for identifying and solving quality issues within manufacturing processes related to Quality Notifications (QN) eradication for A330neo and C919 Thrust Reverser products.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to eradicate QNs and improve manufacturing processes.
- Gather and analyze data to identify root causes of quality issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements via modification of work instructions, tooling, and material inputs.
- Submit Engineering Changes to the Design Department as needed.
- Masters degree in a technical or engineering field.
- Experience with CATIA and industrial processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort with technical challenges.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge of carbon composite materials is a plus.
