
People & Workplace Culture Specialist

We are seeking an individual who embodies a positive workplace culture built on trust, accountability and teamwork. The successful candidate will have around 1 year of experience in a HR environment and possess excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Manage core HR activities including onboarding, employee change requests, offboarding, employee letters, reporting, data management and stakeholder management.
- Assist with measurement of employee engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementation.
- Develop and maintain data management processes and standards, ensuring accuracy, data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process day-to-day core HR activities including onboarding, employee change requests, offboarding, employee letters, reporting, HRIS data management and stakeholder management.
- Assist with measurement of employee engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementation.
- Data Management and Reporting: Develop and maintain data management processes and standards, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations. Generate HR reports and analytics using HR systems, providing meaningful insights for decision-making and supporting HR metrics and KPIs.
- HR Systems Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of HR systems, including the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
- Help implement initiatives that deliver enhanced employee engagement and achieve positive workplace culture.
- Maintaining current knowledge of the workforce-related environment, opportunities and threats, along with external industry trends, best practice human resource strategies and legislative changes.
- Involvement in the Awards and Recognition Process

Skills & Experience We ValueExperience using Google Suite, Slack, Trello - Any experience with Workable, Bob, CultureAmp or LinkedIn Recruiter would be amazing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to effectively prioritise and remain calm under pressure. Ability to maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism, and handle sensitive and proprietary financial information in strict confidence at all times.
