**Role Summary:**

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and advisory on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They will work closely with various stakeholders to establish a truly diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable DEI strategies
  • Serve as an internal expert on DEI trends, market dynamics, and best practices
  • Implement programs and initiatives to drive DEI within the organization
  • Support the development of Employee Resource Groups
  • Promote resources and tools to enhance employee understanding on DEI issues

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative strategies and programs
  • Preferred global experience, leading within multiple cultures
  • Change management skills to embed sustainable practices and capability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in delivering projects in a timely and effective manner
