About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dayforce Implementation Project Specialist to lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of our payroll system and modules.

  • Conduct parallel pay runs and execute various testing phases to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Prepare data loads and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Liaise with Dayforce to resolve issues and raise system defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Design and execute UAT processes to validate system functionality and accuracy.
  • Ensure all pay policies and processes are accurately configured in the Dayforce system.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in Dayforce implementation and a good understanding of WFM and payroll modules.
  • Experience within BAU payroll to ensure requirements are met and understood.
  • Ability to commit to at least 6 months within the business.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with our team and Dayforce.
