About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our KYC Solution Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our clients for the configuration and implementation of our KYC products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in performing project tasks such as working closely with project managers, customer success managers, and product specialists to gather business requirements, document, and implement solutions that meet customers' needs.
  • Install and upgrade our software for clients, configure or help configure our software to match the clients' needs, and participate in testing activities.
  • Provide technical training to clients' administrators and utilize our tracking systems.
  • Actively participate in enhancing our product suite and knowledge database.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in engineering, computer science, or equivalent IT-related degree program, and 1-5 years' experience working in a technical role, ideally within a SaaS platform.

Functional understanding of finance instruments within the banking or insurance industries, relevant experience in 3rd party screening and monitoring solutions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Exposed Person risk management.

Knowledge of file transfer protocols, IT security, SaaS applications, Cloud Services, API, strong problem-solving skills, client communication skills, and Python coding knowledge is beneficial.
