Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Operations Manager to lead our Field and Works delivery teams. This critical role is responsible for ensuring efficient maintenance, project, and customer work on all our assets.

The successful candidate will drive safety strategies, lead state-wide resource planning, and direct the scheduling and delivery of maintenance, refurbishment, and capital project work.

This position requires collaboration with senior leadership to foster a culture of development and enhance employee engagement, capability, and group ethos.

  • Implementing and driving safety strategies, policies, and practices
  • Leading and driving Field Delivery's state-wide resource planning function
  • Directing and facilitating the scheduling and delivery of maintenance, refurbishment, and capital project work
  • Leading and driving the regionalisation strategy for field services
