Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Enterprise Operations Centre practices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT service delivery and support teams, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage Enterprise Operations Centre practices in alignment with industry best practices and standards.
  • Oversee event management practices, ensuring appropriate alerting and escalation procedures are in place.
  • Manage and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with service providers, ensuring seamless delivery of services to stakeholders.
  • Monitor the performance of agency systems, building automated reports and dashboards to reflect business priorities and metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement automated alerting and notification systems, reducing mean time to restore (MTTR).
  • Proactively support incident and problem management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications:
  • Essential: IT Service Operations certification (e.g., ITIL v4).
  • Desirable: Graduate Degree in Information Technology and/or Business.
  • Desirable: Relevant certifications in IT/Digital/Business areas, such as process design, program/project management, and Agile delivery.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT Service Delivery or Support.
  • Familiarity with Dynatrace and experience in technology, quality, and risk domain areas, such as IT architecture, systems engineering/software development, and quality management.
