Data Centre Contracts Management Opportunity

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of a major Data Centre project in Western Suburbs. As part of our client's leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the project procurement process, contract formation and execution, sub-contractor payments, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Contracts Administrators through project delivery
- Participate in managing the project procurement process, including assessment and resolution of contractual qualifications
- Undertake contract formation and manage execution process
- Oversee sub-contractor payments within required timeframes
- Prepare and issue contractual correspondence, including claim assessments, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation
- Administer sub-contracts where required
- Ensure accurate and timely weekly and monthly reporting across various commercial matters
- Assist with Head Contract administration
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Commercial Law, Finance, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar, leadership commercial role on complex $100M+ projects
- Sound understanding of various forms of contracts and supply agreements and experience working closely with stakeholders in the resolution of disputes
- Advanced negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities supported by high-level verbal and written communication skills
