We are seeking a Centre Manager to lead our team and drive business results. The successful candidate will oversee production management, ensure targets are met, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.

This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Workshop Management: Oversee the production workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitably by preparing and reviewing P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports.
  • Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, ensuring all WHS policies and procedures are followed, and safety incidents/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
