Deliver technical assistance and project management support on Civil projects. Reporting to the General Manager, this role involves planning and managing construction works including subcontractor, supplier, plant and equipment selection. Provide technical guidance to project teams and liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate delivery. Collaborate effectively with and positively manage project teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with tender documentation and submission preparation, reviewing project drawings, reports and specifications, and managing budgets, cost tracking, and monthly forecast preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with tender document preparation and submission.
  • Review project plans, drawings, reports, and specifications.
  • Select and manage subcontractors, suppliers, plant, and equipment.
  • Provide technical assistance to project teams.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate delivery of construction works.
  • Manage project teams effectively.
  • Implement project plans and documents onsite to client satisfaction.
  • Prepare project programs and track updates.
  • Manage project finances, including budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in a hands-on Project Engineer/Project Manager role with proven success in civil projects is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound knowledge of industry practices and standards, and experience leading a team, including on-site employees.
