Senior Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of project implementation, including grant management and partnership development.
  • Coordination with stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Development of project plans, periodic reviews, and sharing best practices.
  • Representation of the organization in external forums and coordination with donors and stakeholders.
  • Program development, concept note creation, proposal writing, and budget preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in International Relations or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in international development, humanitarian aid, or community development with local partners.
  • Desirable experience includes Pacific region expertise and ANCP grant management, as well as gender, disability, and inclusion integration.
