The Role

We're seeking a Senior Content Producer who will provide customer-centric production services to deliver integrated content and overall event support at the highest level possible for Google Global. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing medium to large integrated projects/programs of work for Google Global across multi-channel outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from end-to-end, including discovery, SOW and requirements documentation, estimating, timeline management, resourcing, budget management, and project status reporting.
  • Define delivery approach for complex event content productions and manage multiple workstream dependencies.
  • Manage creation and production of various event content deliverables such as keynote presentations, product demonstrations, printed / fabricated assets, digital asset rollouts, and post-production projects involving edit, animation, audio, finishing and rollout.
  • Attend and support events and shoot production as required.
  • Vendor selection and contract negotiations for specialist outputs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 5+ years as an integrated content producer at an agency or production company, ideally with major event knowledge.
  • First-rate project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experience resourcing and managing project teams of up to 15 people depending on the disciplines required for each specific project.
  • Expertise in internal and external people and stakeholder management, forward planning, and relentlessly solutions-focused.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, loads of initiative and motivation to learn new tools.
  • Strong creative problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Focused, organised and effective in challenging environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
