Job Title: Young Adult Day Program Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated professional to co-lead our Young Adult Day Program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Co-lead the Young Adult Day Program with creativity and care.
  • Develop and implement engaging group and one-on-one activities.
  • Provide support for families navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
  • Mentor and guide a small team of passionate individuals.
  • Ensure seamless program delivery and administration.
Requirements:
  • Experience in disability or support services.
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence, combined with exceptional leadership skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and creativity in approach.
  • Relevant certifications including First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Epilepsy training, and NDIS worker screening.
