Lumia Care is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Support Workers to join our team, working across both Day Program activities and Community Support services in the Campbelltown area. If you're passionate about making a difference and open to ongoing, consistent work, we want to hear from you.

About the Role Day Program – Campbelltown Centre

  • Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Engage clients in social activities, arts, and crafts
  • Support group participation and encourage skill-building
  • Work collaboratively with other Support Workers on the field

Community Support Work

  • Provide support in SIL Houses with 24/7 care services
  • Offer social and emotional support to clients
  • Deliver domestic assistance and personal care
  • Facilitate community access for shopping, appointments, and social outings

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in disability support or day program
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related qualification (highly regarded)
  • Willingness to commit to ongoing, long hours
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate, reliable, and proactive approach to care

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Full Australian Work Rights
