Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to lead our Day Programs team. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational support and driving process enhancements throughout the patient's admission in our Day Programs.

  • A strong background in a clerical position within a healthcare setting is essential.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • You will also demonstrate a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as needed.
  • Sound computer proficiency in Microsoft programs is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing operational support throughout the patient's admission in our Day Programs.
  • Driving process enhancements and improving the patient experience.

Requirements

  • A National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months is mandatory.
  • According to the role, we may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
