Merchandise Production CoordinatorOur company is seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the production and end-to-end process of all branded merchandise purchase orders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production and end-to-end process of all branded merchandise purchase order types.
  • Monitor customer branded inventory and initiate stock replenishments where required.
  • Thoroughly assess order briefings and supplied artworks to guarantee it adheres to all specifications and guidelines.
  • Primary contact of branded merchandise production related enquiries and requests, ensuring efficient support is delivered to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting internal stakeholders and ensuring orders are approved and on track for delivery while keeping the system up to date with accurate status and expected dates.
  • Strong engagement with suppliers to maintain beneficial trade relationships.
  • Verifying supplier invoices to match purchase orders and closing off accurately and timely.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of team processes and SOPs and assist in driving ongoing efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as a Purchasing, Replenishment or Production Coordinator.
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain and Logistics, Business or Marketing, or relevant disciplines will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Print and Promotional Products industry with an understanding of branding, decoration, and colour formats (CMYK, Pantone) will be highly regarded but not essential.
  • Autonomous with a proactive mindset who can work independently while also being a team player.
  • Well-organised, enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Resilient under pressure, ability to prioritise, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sharp attention to detail, problem solving and thrive on creative thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Willingness to learn, have technical understandings, and have a logical approach.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software, such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat.
