About the Role

This position is a hands-on opportunity to support production and supply chain activities by coordinating purchasing, production scheduling, and inventory control. The role is key to ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full, while maintaining optimal stock levels across materials and finished goods.

  • Prepare and maintain the daily production schedule
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
  • Raise purchase orders for raw materials and packaging
  • Liaise with internal departments including operations, warehouse, and procurement
  • Update ERP systems and generate inventory and planning reports
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and support stocktakes

Key Responsibilities

The Planning & Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for supporting production and supply chain activities by:

  1. Preparing and maintaining the daily production schedule
  2. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment
  3. Raising purchase orders for raw materials and packaging
  4. Liaising with internal departments including operations, warehouse, and procurement
  5. Updating ERP systems and generating inventory and planning reports
  6. Investigating stock discrepancies and supporting stocktakes

You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a similar planning, inventory, or supply coordination role
  • Strong Excel and ERP system skills (SAP, Pronto, or similar)
  • Solid organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
