Stockroom Inventory Coordinator

Sephora is a leading global beauty retailer that believes in the power of diversity and discovery. As a Inventory Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and appropriate levels of stock to meet customer demand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting scheduled cycle counts to inform decisions on stock adjustments.
- Utilizing data and reports to reduce shrinkage loss.
- Monitoring and investigating negative stock levels, and working with the store team to resolve issues.
- Implementing a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and partnership with senior management, supply chain, and planning teams.
This role requires a motivated individual who is proactive and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Previous retail inventory management experience, preferably with areas such as cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, and sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
- Ability to lift and shift boxes weighing up to 15kg.
- Drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
