CSE Global provides high-quality engineering design services to various industries including mining electrical water utility renewable energy transport and oil & gas.

The Inventory Coordinator will support the smooth flow of customer orders from sales to site overseeing inventory coordination and ensuring stock levels are maintained. This role requires working closely with suppliers to meet logistics and delivery expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining supplier records on our ERP system
  • Liaising with customers and managing air and sea freight suppliers
  • Coordinating inventory and maintaining SOP/POP systems

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous experience in Procurement/Inventory Management Administration/Coordination
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong computer and systems aptitude particularly with Microsoft Packages and ERP systems
  • Experience working with diverse suppliers and problem-solving skills
  • A strong attention to detail and diligence
