Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a Full-time/Term-Time hourly rate from $34.82 and Casual hourly rate starting from $41.01. Additionally, we provide superannuation of 12.75% contribution, opportunity for up to 12 weeks off per year, and option for term-time employees to access annualised salary arrangements.

Job Description

As a Residential Care Supervisor at Catholic Education Rockhampton, you will be responsible for the holistic care of our boarders, encompassing their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Your duties will include supervision of boarders in their boarding routines, academic support during study sessions, accompanying them to activities and events, and transporting them using school vehicle to sporting events and outings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. You should possess excellent time management skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, high proficiency of computer skills, and a willingness to work rostered weekend and night shifts. An Australian work visa is also required.
