A leading full-service event production company based in Perth, delivering a range of events across Australia. This includes award shows, gala dinners and AGMs, along with sporting events and theatre type productions.

Salary Range & Package Details

$90,000 - $120,000 + Super per annum.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production of events, ensuring client expectations are met and communicating any changes to event plans effectively.

You will work closely with a team of technical experts (audio technicians, vision technicians, vision mixers etc.), as well as a team in the company's warehouse facility.

Key responsibilities include creating and amending floorplans for events, and managing your own time with flexibility on working hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a client-facing role within an event production company.
  • An understanding of AV systems & equipment.
  • An understanding of Vectorworks, or other industry standard software used for creating floor plans.
  • Able to travel on-site for events where required.
Benefits

The office is based in Perth, with a hybrid working model on offer. A relocation package is available for suitable candidates. Travel for events is expected, mainly within Perth or WA.
