Event Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to support the planning and delivery of a large event in 2025. This is a 3-month contract role where you'll be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries and provide crucial support for event logistics and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming enquiries via phone and email.
  • Follow up on VIP invitations.
  • Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional materials.
  • Support event-related marketing efforts as required.
  • Attend on the day to help deliver a successful event.

About You

  • Strong experience in reception or handling high volumes of enquiries.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a great work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours from 09:00 to 15:30, leaving your afternoons and evenings free.
