Job Description
This Sales Business Developer role requires an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales opportunities by leveraging product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a memorable shopping experience.
- Utilize product knowledge and sales expertise to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Ensure accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing.
- Maximize sales through effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add-on sales.
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to maintain showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy.

- Prior sales experience, preferably in the furniture or luxury goods industry.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm, particularly during busy periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An open-minded approach to feedback and a willingness to learn and grow.
