Marketing Campaign Manager - Retail & Wholesale

Overview:

Accent Group is a leading digitally integrated retail and distribution business in the Apparel and Footwear market.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Vans team.

As a key member of our marketing team, your primary responsibility will be to execute campaigns that drive sales and build brand awareness across various channels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Managing artwork and creative assets to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
  • Building relationships with centre marketing teams and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals.
  • Working closely with stores and centre marketing teams to deliver high-quality content and promotions.
  • Collaborating with National and Area management teams to align on marketing strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of Vans' brand pillars and the ability to incorporate them into marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
