Senior Sales Leader Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth through enterprise software solutions in the Australian government sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, deep understanding of government procurement, and technical acumen to engage with complex IT modernization projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and expand strategic sales efforts across the Australian government sector.
  • Serve as primary sales lead and project manager for key existing Federal Government clients.
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand customer footprint.
  • Collaborate with executive teams to provide insights into market trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of successful enterprise B2B software sales experience in the government sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing complex transactions.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience selling into Australian government agencies.
