Compliance Advice Manager Job

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a talented professional to lead our Compliance team in QBE AUSPAC as a Manager, Compliance Advice.

About the Role:

In this role, you will oversee breaches being appropriately identified, investigated, and reported. You will also be responsible for delivering elements of the compliance strategy and plan.

The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership capabilities, interpersonal skills, effective time management, influencing skills, and a passion for breach advising.

You should also have at least 4 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role within the financial services or general insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversight of breaches being appropriately identified, investigated, and reported.
  2. Leadership to successfully implement change in compliance related matters.
  3. Delivering elements of the compliance strategy and plan.
