Data Strategy Lead

We are enhancing our personalisation & engagement experiences. As a Data Management Manager, you will work closely with Product owners to deliver data management initiatives across critical business processes.

As a leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the implementation of data strategy across customer engagement initiatives within the digital domain.
  • Executing the data management roadmap in collaboration with the Chapter Lead, Data Steward and Product Owners.
  • Supporting CE&D Crew Leads with their data requirements, championing best practices.
  • Analysing and profiling data using strategic tools and techniques to improve data quality.
  • Implementing effective data quality solutions across critical processes (customer engagement, consent/preference).
  • Identifying, articulating and managing risks and compliance pertaining to data management.
  • Displaying leadership skills to manage projects and support the Chapter Lead & Product Owner.

We're interested in hearing from individuals who have:

  • Solid technical SQL knowledge for data verification & profiling, hands-on experience with Ab Initio, Alation.
  • Knowledge of customer engagement operational processes and data ecosystem is highly valued (Yello, CEE, CED, Consent/Preference Engine).
  • Relevant qualifications and background in data management disciplines such as risk, compliance, audit, insights or analytics.
  • Outcome-focused professionals with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data product mindset - experience with data architecture and strategy is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working with cloud environments and data governance best practices - beneficial.
