Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager

About the Job:

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a Global Healthcare Service Provider to fill a critical role in their Australian business. As a Consultant, you will be tasked with reviewing and enhancing existing compliance processes across APAC operations.

This pivotal position is perfect for a leader who is ready to take a company's compliance framework to the next level. You will play a key role in driving process improvements, establishing best-practice reporting, and significantly boosting the capabilities of the compliance team.

This contract is initially 3-6 months, with the possibility to go permanent if desired. The company offers hybrid working, with three days per week in the Sydney CBD.

  • Compliance Framework & Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance framework that aligns with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
  • Process Improvement & Risk Management: Review current processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Lead initiatives to streamline compliance workflows and reduce operational risk.
  • Report & Govern: Develop compliance reports for executive leadership and stakeholders. Oversee incident reporting, audit findings and resolution processes.
  • Lead & Mentor: Mentor the compliance team to build internal capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Deliver training programs and champion leadership development.
Requirements:

A tertiary degree and a minimum of five years of experience in a senior compliance or regulatory role, preferably within healthcare or medical services.

  • Demonstrated success in leading process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of clinical governance, audit cycles, and regulatory reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to be a business partner at all levels.
