Compliance leadership is at the forefront of our payments expansion strategy in Australia. As Head of Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our payment solutions.

We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to drive regulatory excellence and ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in compliance and AML/CTF, preferably within the banking and/or cross-border payments sector.

  • You will be empowered to make strategic decisions and take ownership of our compliance framework.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance across the organization.

Professional certifications such as CAMS or CFCS are highly desirable. You must possess in-depth knowledge of Banking/Fintech/Payments & AML/CTF laws & regulations, and local compliance guidelines.

As a leader, you will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
