About the Role:

At RACQ, we are seeking an Organisational Development Expert to drive and support organisational development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and wellbeing. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our culture transformation program of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support OD initiatives and projects, ensuring successful development, delivery, and implementation.
  • Design and implement employee surveys, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Leverage employee data to drive organisational effectiveness and performance improvements.
  • Utilise knowledge of organisational development practices and change management theory to facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality communication output.
  • Utilise data analytics to communicate stories and solve problems effectively.
  • Liaise confidently with senior management across the business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience working across OD initiatives and projects in a similar role/environment with a particular focus on EVP and wellbeing.
  • Experience delivering programs of work relating to culture, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to develop, deliver, and implement people projects successfully.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Literate in data, analytics, and insights.
  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse work items simultaneously.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
