Canteen and Bar Leadership Opportunity

  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and schedule a high-performing team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory & Financial Management: Oversee stock levels, handle cash registers, and manage budgets for optimal profitability.
  • Operations Excellence: Ensure the canteen and bar are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all relevant health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Promotion Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to attract and retain customers, leveraging social media and other channels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with directors and club administrators to identify key opportunities and events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a food service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and de-escalate tense situations.
  • A strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
