A highly skilled professional with a focus on quality and technology is sought after to provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
About the RoleThis position involves providing top-level IT support to clients across small to medium-sized enterprises, utilizing excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for technology to drive success. A background in cloud security and on-prem technologies is necessary for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide over-the-phone and on-site technical support to end-users
- Support multiple clients simultaneously
- Analyze and resolve customer issues through ticket management
- Identify and fix the root cause of problems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- At least 4+ years of experience in managed services supporting multiple customers
- MSP experience and ability to multitask and deal with diverse IT capabilities
- IT certifications, degree, or diploma preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Azure
- Full Australian driver's license and own car
