Executive Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to join our team at our Naval Base office. This dual-role position combines front-of-house reception duties with executive assistant responsibilities.

About the Role

This role combines two key functions: managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks and providing high-level support to senior management. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-of-house reception, including greeting visitors, handling calls, and maintaining attendance registers.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including diary management, travel bookings, and confidential correspondence.
  • Coordinate office operations such as mail handling, stationery supplies, boardroom bookings, and catering.
  • Organise corporate travel and accommodation for staff and executives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of corporate functions and events.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in reception, administration, or executive support.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
