Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded tax professional to join our team in a strategic appointment that will play a key role in the firm's national expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting detailed and technically written tax advice for private clients and SMEs
  • Managing and executing advisory projects involving complex structuring, transactions, and tax planning matters
  • Providing expert advice on ATO reviews, objections, and private rulings
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and legal partners to develop commercially sound solutions for clients
  • Contributing to internal technical training and national knowledge sharing as the firm expands its advisory footprint
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years (ideally 5+) of experience in a public practice tax advisory environment
  • A proven track record drafting written advice for private clients and SMEs
  • A sound understanding of relevant tax legislation and private group issues
  • Experience managing ATO review processes (e.g. Top 500, Next 5000, objections)
