The Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented communications assistant to join our team.
This role is perfect for a strong, natural communicator who wants to launch their career in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality content and communications that support employee education, engagement, collaboration and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with employees by creating and distributing impactful, multi-channel content on various topics and services.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their communication needs, advise on approaches, and manage requests successfully.
  • Coordinate and deliver internal communications projects that educate and engage employees, enhancing our culture.
  • Manage internal communications channels daily, ensuring best practices by monitoring usage and engagement, maintaining guidelines, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Track internal communications engagement using reporting tools to assess performance and recommend relevant improvements.
  • Support the execution of external content marketing strategies as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport at all levels.
  • Familiarity with digital tools would be beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
