Internal Communications Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Professional to play a vital role in our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in creating and implementing effective internal communications strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how to engage with stakeholders, build relationships, and deliver high-quality communications materials. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing internal communications strategies
  • Creating and coordinating project-wide Town Halls, newsletters, snack and learn sessions, and intranet updates
  • Maintaining the team supplier list and researching new suppliers as needed
  • Undertaking other administrative or support duties as identified
  • Working closely with the Communications Manager and Communications Coordinator to implement the internal communications strategy

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree qualified, qualifications or experience in Communications, Media and/or Journalism

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction industry is highly regarded
  • Strong personal organisation skills
  • Flexible, able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team focus
