Tasmania's rural secret is waiting for an experienced Rural General Practitioner (VMO) to provide VMO services and join our well-supported practice.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to work at Smithton District Hospital, which features 12 acute care beds, an emergency department, midwifery clinic, and visiting specialists.

The Benefits

The Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need general or vocational registration with AHPRA, experience managing a broad scope of GP presentations, a current emergency medicine certificate, and recent unsupervised experience in an emergency setting.
