Culinary Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering high-quality meals for students and events.
The Position:
- Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for a diverse group of individuals.
- Manage daily kitchen operations while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
- Train and support kitchen staff to foster a positive, customer-focused culture.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations by adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures.
- Optimize stock levels and ordering processes to meet demand.
- Develop junior chefs through training and mentoring programs.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen position.
- Skilled in high-volume cooking with emphasis on presentation and quality.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and food safety knowledge.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Working with Children Check (paid).
