Our restaurant seeks an experienced and skilled Culinary Team Lead to manage daily food preparation, production, and implementation of menus.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and be able to elevate their skills to new levels of excellence. They will work closely with our Executive Chef and Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily food preparation, production, and implementation of menus
- Provide hands-on supervision of the culinary team to ensure consistently high-quality products
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies through careful planning and organization
- Contribute to improving the kitchen environment and menus by actively sharing ideas and suggestions
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role with high-end dining operations
- A relevant trade qualification, preferably in French cuisine
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in leading, training, and developing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
