About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bell Attendant to join our team at Hyatt Regency Sydney. As a key member of our Front Office Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle luggage and respond to guest queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work efficiently to maintain a 5-star level of service standard at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Concierge to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
