**Bell Attendant - Bell Desk**

We are seeking a skilled Bell Attendant to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience at Park Hyatt Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Verify guest arrival and departure details, arrange luggage handling and transportation, and provide other requested services.
  • Direct guests and visitors to hotel facilities and escort them to their rooms, explaining in-house and room facilities.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring proper handling, storage, and security procedures are followed.
  • Assist with luggage storage, directing traffic in the hotel driveway, and familiarize guests with hotel products and services.
  • Be aware of all hotel functions and promotions, and provide exceptional customer service skills.

**Requirements**

  • Thorough knowledge of Sydney and its surroundings.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Current NSW Driver's License and previous experience in a five-star hotel is desired.
