Senior Mining Engineer – Ventilation Planning Specialist

This is a senior engineering position that requires leadership and technical expertise in ventilation planning, project management, and infrastructure development for underground mining operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, ensuring compliance with safety and planning regulations, managing contractors, and implementing improvement projects.
This role offers a permanent position with an attractive 4 days on/3 days off FIFO roster and a quick commute from Perth.
Main Responsibilities
- Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to the underground engineering and ventilation teams.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and planning regulations within the underground mining environment.
- Project Management: Oversee infrastructure projects and manage contractors.
- Improvement Projects: Develop and implement improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.

- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in ventilation planning, project management, and infrastructure development.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and direct teams effectively.
