Senior Underground Engineering Manager

This is a key position responsible for providing support and supervision for engineering related activities on site to enable achievement of portfolio goals, meeting all quality standards including cost, safety and environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and technical guidance to underground engineering teams
- Ensuring planning compliance within mining operations
- Managing infrastructure projects and contractors
- Implementing improvement initiatives
- Holding a senior appointment on site
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Exposure to production, ventilation and planning practices
- Effective time management and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in mining engineering. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to our underground engineering teams.
