As a Technical Representative, you will be the primary conduit between dealers and customers for product performance and problem management within an assigned territory.

This role reports to a locally based Product Support Manager and works closely with various product groups, dealers and customer contacts to provide technical support for Caterpillar's extensive range of surface mining products.

This role provides an opportunity to make a difference to both the product and our customer's experiences.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem solving and variety in their work.
