Product Specialist for HPGR Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to play a critical role in regional success by providing technical and strategic support to sales and service teams. The successful candidate will contribute to impactful change, drive business development, and deliver integrated service solutions that enhance the reliability and efficiency of the installed base throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the regional technical expert for HPGR services, supporting sales teams with solution development and customer engagement.
  2. Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
  3. Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with global HPGR service strategies.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform service offerings.
  5. Collaborate with the regional Service Center to ensure high-quality execution of reconditioning and refurbishment services.
  6. Align regional service processes with global quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  7. Coordinate cross-functional efforts between engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure service readiness and delivery.
  8. Facilitate knowledge transfer and technical training for internal teams and customers.
  9. Support business development by identifying new service opportunities and contributing to contract negotiations.
  10. Track and analyze regional KPIs to drive performance improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical-commercial role, preferably in mining or heavy industry, is also required. Strong understanding of HPGR technology and service lifecycle, as well as proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization, are essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are also necessary. Fluency in English, with additional regional languages being a plus, is expected. Willingness to travel within the region (up to 50%) is also required.
