Equipment Performance Expert

The role of a Product Support Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance and availability of complex equipment. This position requires an individual with a solid understanding of product operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills.
The successful candidate will possess a reasonable understanding of GET products, including their design, functionality, and applications. Additionally, they should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Provide on-site monitoring and support for ESCO GET product installations and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection and maintenance records, as well as provide direct and indirect training on product installation and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections, installations, and disposal activities on customer mining equipment, generating reports that focus on customer needs.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all ESCO products through detailed training provided.
- Ensure a high level of safety awareness and adherence to best practices in maintaining safe working environments.
